Pay & Benefits

The cash compensation below includes base salary, on-target commission for employees in eligible roles, and annual bonus targets under HubSpot’s bonus plan for eligible roles. In addition to cash compensation, some roles are eligible to participate in HubSpot’s equity plan to receive restricted stock units (RSUs). Some roles may also be eligible for overtime pay.   • Identify and analyze gaps across the talent lifecycle — through strong root-cause analysis, design and execute simple, high-quality solutions to close them.
  • Use data to inspect and assess the health of your organization; leverage storytelling and insights to align leaders on talent strategies that increase motivation and retention.
  • Coach and develop leaders at all levels — from front-line managers to senior executives — raising their ability to lead high-performing, globally distributed teams.

  • Drive execution of new People Operations programs and processes through collaboration and partnership, aligned to your organization’s talent strategies.

  6. Champion diversity, inclusion, and belonging by embedding equitable practices across hiring, development, and team design.
  7. Collaborate cross-functionally across People and Sales orgs to lead and deliver complex, scalable programs aligned to business needs.
  8. Build and evolve operating models for People Business Partnership across global Sales teams in a high-growth, changing environment.

What You’ll Bring

Required Qualifications

  • Extensive experience in a People Business Partner or HR leadership role, ideally supporting global Sales or GTM organizations in a high-growth tech environment.
  • Proven ability to influence and coach senior executives and navigate complex stakeholder environments.
  • Strong experience in organizational design, talent strategy, and change management at scale.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate insights into actionable people strategies.
  • Someone who seeks out and thrives in a fast-paced culture of high ambiguity and rapid change and knows how to drive success as priorities shift.
  • High level of judgment, discretion, and ability to manage sensitive information.
  • Exceptional communication, collaboration and relationship-building skills across diverse stakeholders of all levels and personalities.

Pay & Benefits

The cash compensation below includes base salary, on-target commission for employees in eligible roles, and annual bonus targets under HubSpot’s bonus plan for eligible roles. In addition to cash compensation, some roles are eligible to participate in HubSpot’s equity plan to receive restricted stock units (RSUs). Some roles may also be eligible for overtime pay. Individual compensation packages are tailored to your skills, experience, qualifications, and other job-related reasons.

You’ll play a key role in building pipelines, engaging top-tier talent, and closing exceptional candidates who thrive in fast-paced, high-growth environments. This requires a strong understanding of B2B talent markets and the ability to translate a complex, mission-driven product into a compelling candidate story.

You’ll collaborate closely with our in-house recruiting team and business leaders to help shape hiring strategy and raise the bar for talent across CookUnity Business.

What You’ll Do

  • Partner with hiring managers and the Talent team to own full-cycle recruiting or key portions of searches across B2B functions
  • Assist in building out scorecards, working with interview stakeholders to draft JD’s, have knowledge on the market and insights
  • Build and manage pipelines for Sales (AE, Enterprise, SDR), Partnerships, Customer Success, and B2B Marketing roles, including Director and above roles.
  • Act as a strategic advisor to stakeholders—leading intake sessions, calibrating profiles, and sharing market insights on talent availability and compensation.
  • Drive proactive sourcing and outbound engagement, leveraging tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, Greenhouse, GEM, and AI sourcing platforms.
  • Develop and communicate a compelling narrative around CookUnity Business, including CU Smart Fridges and MTM, to attract mission-driven candidates.
  • Deliver a high-quality candidate experience, with clear communication and thoughtful engagement throughout the process.
  • Facilitate structured interview processes and debriefs, ensuring alignment with CookUnity’s values and hiring standards.
  • Partner on talent branding efforts to strengthen CookUnity’s presence in B2B and GTM talent communities.
  • Use data to track pipeline health, optimize funnel conversion, and improve hiring velocity.

About You

  • 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with a strong focus on B2B GTM roles (Sales, Partnerships, Customer Success, B2B Marketing).
  • Proven success hiring for high-growth, product-led or marketplace businesses.
  • Deep understanding of B2B sales and revenue org structures, including enterprise and mid-market motions.
  • Experience sourcing and closing senior and leadership-level GTM talent.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills - you can influence, challenge, and guide hiring decisions.
  • Hands-on expertise with sourcing tools and ATS platforms (Greenhouse preferred).
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to tell compelling, nuanced company stories.
  • Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable operating independently in a fast-moving, ambiguous environment.

Nice to Have

  • Experience recruiting in food tech, health tech, or B2B SaaS environments.
  • Familiarity with North American and LATAM talent markets.
  • Exposure to healthcare-related hiring (especially MTM or value-based care models).
  • Conversational Spanish is a plus.

What this role involves

Position Overview

At Eulerity, we are building the future of AI-driven marketing automation — and behind every great hire is a great recruiting process. We are looking for a highly organized, people-oriented intern to join our team in our New York office and support the full recruiting lifecycle from the inside.

This is not a passive, administrative internship. You will work directly under our Recruiter to keep our hiring engine running at full speed — coordinating interviews, tracking candidate progress, gathering and synthesizing interviewer feedback, and learning how to identify and source top talent. You will get an unfiltered look at how a high-growth startup builds its team, and you will be a meaningful part of making it happen.

What You Will Do

1. Interview Coordination & Candidate Experience

  • Own the Schedule: Coordinate interview logistics across multiple roles and hiring teams, ensuring candidates and interviewers are aligned, prepared, and on time.
  • Manage the Candidate Journey: Serve as a point of contact for candidates throughout the process, ensuring every touchpoint is timely, professional, and reflects Eulerity’s brand.

2. Feedback Collection & Reporting

  • Close the Loop: Following each interview, gather structured feedback from interviewers and compile it into clear, organized summaries for the recruiting team.

3. Talent Sourcing (Learning Track)
