  • Have a detailed understanding of the current competitive landscape to act as a subject matter expert to direct sales & partnership teams when outlining differences between FloQast and others in the marketplace.

  • Organize IT / sales collateral necessary for the direct sales team.

  • Increase individual close rates.

  • Assist in technical or IT evaluations regarding the FloQast application.

What You’ll Bring:

  • High level written and verbal English & French language skills with the ability to work across various communication methods.

  • Minimum 3-5 years industry accounting experience, with consistent involvement across a variety of functional areas in the month-end close process.

  • Knowledge of the broad financial compliance landscape and how it functions in an organization.

  • Collaborative team player; must be comfortable in a high-velocity sales environment.

  • Energetic communicator who enjoys networking and relationship building in person and via multiple video conferencing calls daily.

  • Self-starter with a high level of initiative and follow-through; views each scenario as an opportunity to improve the current process and strive towards further excellence.

  • Ability to work well under tight deadlines and respond to rapidly changing demands.

Job Description

The CRM Account Executive will oversee market success of ServiceNow’s CRM Workflows products. You will play a leading role in engaging assigned accounts in the Manufacturing, Retail and Services territory, and be responsible for the creation of new business and pipeline across a substantial portion of the ServiceNow sales cycle and methodology. You will oversee executive relationship management for assigned accounts; lead and partner with virtual teams, including Core Field, Solution Sales, Solution Consulting, Support and Professional Services.

  • Oversee development and growth of assigned accounts in the Manufacturing, Retail and Services territory, including development and deployment of territory resources
  • Develop a sales strategy in the allocated territory with a target prospect list, and a regional sales plan for your assigned account and/or territory.
  • Develop relationships with multiple C-suite personas (e.g., CFO, CIO, COO, CDO) across CRM product(s) and CRM multi-workflow solution(s).
  • Arrange and conduct initial Executive and CxO discussions and position meetings
  • Collaborate closely with your Solution Consulting counterpart and extended team to deliver ‘art of the possible’ demonstrations showcasing ServiceNow’s CRM Workflows product(s) & solution(s), orchestrating relationships as required.
  • Develop a clear roadmap and building capabilities across our clients and ServiceNow teams to promote an outstanding customer experience
  • Be the trusted advisor to the customer by understanding their existing and future Customer Engagement & Operations roadmap to drive the ServiceNow Customer & Industry Workflows platform
  • Own and Lead CRM opportunities all the while collaborating closely with Core Sales Teams (AE’s, SC’s, Leadership) and other ServiceNow Solution Areas (Creator, Employee, Technology) to deliver outcomes-based solutions to our clients and prospects.
  • In partnership with assigned Account Executive and Solution Consultant, present our CRM Workflows offering directly to prospects, customers, partners and at industry events and seminars
  • Articulate customer success strategies to the field to streamline and standardize Platform presentations and value proposition
  • Prospect qualification and the development of new sales opportunities and ongoing revenue streams with limited support from inside sales
  • Sales process management and opportunity closure

Qualifications

To be successful in this role you have:

  • Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving. This may include using AI-powered tools, automating workflows, analyzing AI-driven insights, or exploring AI’s potential impact on the function or industry.
  • Deep experience in solution sales, preferably within a CRM / Customer engagement /Customer Service Management /  CX / CPaaS / CCaaS / SOM vendor
  • An understanding of the CRM, CX or CSM solution-related business processes
  • Experience leading virtual or matrixed teams
  • Ability to understand broad, macro-level business IT needs for a prospective client
  • 6+ years of sales experience within complex software or platform solutions
  • Deep industry knowledge of either Retail, Business Services or Manufacturing
  • Experience establishing trusted relationships with current and prospective clients and other teams
  • Ability to produce new business, negotiate deals, and maintain healthy C-Level relationships
  • Able to thrive in a fast paced, growing, deadline driven environment

  • Works with Production and Clients to submit budget estimates for POs, and submit deposit and final invoices in a timely manner
  • Works with Production to submit budget reconciles and secure client approval post-event

Leadership

  • Implementing, and managing all necessary internal and external processes to ensure proper communication flow and manage expectations
  • Oversees projects being led by direct reports, in addition to their own, and demonstrates the ability to coach/mentor team members through roadblocks
  • Lead a full cross-departmental project team across multiple projects
  • Demonstrates ability to problem solve by consistently delivering creative solutions to roadblocks when escalating to supervisor

Project Management

  • Lead day-to-day project management for projects and/or campaigns
  • Demonstrates the ability to take ownership of workstreams, projects, or retainers in their entirety with light to moderate supervisor oversight with budgets of $250K-$1M
  • Host and schedule regular internal and external meetings as necessary
  • Maintain internal and external project status reports

  • Work with Production and Creative Services departments to develop post-event recaps for Clients
  • Responsible for ensuring timesheets are completed in a timely manner for all project workstreams whether leading or supervising
  • Responsible for ensuring resource reports are populated and reviewed with Accounts supervisors on a regular, consistent basis throughout the duration of the project or campaign

Account Team Management

  • Manage and delegate tasks to junior account team members
  • Supports supervisor (or takes ownership of) in implementation and training for any changes to process and project management

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in account leadership, campaign/event management, marketing, advertising, digital PR, and experiential
  • Familiarity with developing integrated campaigns that include paid, earned, social, and owned media for brands
  • Proven track record of client leadership and account growth
  • Experience in an agency environment; must be process-oriented and highly organized
  • Experience with management and oversight of complex client budgets
  • Ability to write effectively, persuasively, and professionally
  • Exceptional interpersonal and relationship-building skills
  • Confidence in verbal and written communication with excellent presentation skills
  • Flexibility and adaptability to a fast-paced work environment and ability to work under tight deadlines
  • Willingness to work extended hours and on weekends when necessary

Salary Estimation: [$70,500.00 - $85,000.00 per year]

This is an exempt full-time position. NVE intends to provide a competitive total compensation package which includes a variety of incentives, benefits, growth and developmental opportunities. There are many factors to the presented salary range, including but not limited to - location, departmental budgets, certifications, and overall job-related qualifications.

The Opportunity

The role of DoiT’s Account Management team is to nurture relationships with existing customers, identify valuable ways to engage further with customers, provide a trusted point of contact for the cloud vendor teams regarding accounts’ growth opportunities and to retain 100% of DoiT’s existing customers.

Responsibilities

  • Develop a deep understanding of our business, our cloud management platform, support and services and how they help our clients, and their needs.
  • Maintain knowledge, context and ownership of the customers you are responsible for and own communication with the respective vendor teams in a way to show value and potential opportunities for revenue growth.
  • Manage customer-related support escalations to resolution, ensuring customer satisfaction is of the highest level.
  • Negotiate and close long-term commitments with key stakeholders, balancing the requirements of the customer, the vendor and the company’s interests.
  • Identify New workload opportunities within Customer’s Cloud Environment / SaaS solutions.
  • Establish a regular cadence with the complete portfolio of your customers as part of your book of business. Balancing the requirements of large strategic customers and fast-growing emerging clients.
  • Help aggregate customer feedback that ensures our products & solutions closely align with customer needs and requests.
  • Provide customer feedback and requests to engineering teams to provide greater market/customer context and help prioritize deliverables within active development cycles.
  • Deliver regular quarterly reviews with customers, tracking active project timelines, projected spending on respective cloud platforms and feedback on DoiT support & engagement.
  • Maintain and strengthen relationships with key cloud providers to ensure alignment on customer engagements.
  • Identify Cost Optimization opportunities within the Customer Cloud environment
  • Work with Cloud Vendors Sales Rep on mutual customers.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in Account Management supporting the EMEA market
  • 2+ years of experience at a technology company (SaaS, SI, Cloud Vendor
)
  • Experience supporting customers in the AWS, Google Cloud, Microsoft Azure ecosystem, or another cloud vendor.

Strong verbal/written communication skills in English and Dutch, and ideally additional languages (e.g., French, etc)

  • Strong technical skills that enable you to engage productively with technical teams, and the ability to build influential relationships
  • Great operational/administration skills, analytical, detail-oriented, and able to “zoom” in/out from the big picture to the minutiae
  • A desire to grow within the organization and continuously broaden your skill sets
  • A great sense of humor and enjoys having fun at work
